Graham Simpson - East Kilbride West

Graham is the councillor for the East Kilbride West ward. Born in Aberdeen, Graham was educated in Edinburgh and Carlisle, and now lives in East Kilbride with his wife and two daughters.

He works for a national newspaper.

Graham has been a councillor since 2007.

He has run a high-profile nationwide campaign for parental choice in schools.

He was instrumental in getting the double jeopardy law scrapped in Scotland.

He is a passionate defender of the green belt.
